Baptistery
This occupies the base of the tower where the two angels from the Grinling Gibbons Statuary on their pedestals are now kept. The 19th century font was presented to the church by Dr. Board and was first sited near the south entrance. The oak screen was erected in memory of churchwarden Daniel Cox, a director of Cox & Cox Furniture Dealers. One can see at the centre back of the photo where the Great West door is now blocked off.
